MovieMugs.com is a division of BuyersNet, Inc. Denver-based MovieMugs.com and her sister-site, GoBuyersNet.com, sell entertainment and pop-culture related collectibles all over the globe. BuyersNet is also a clearing house for rare material of all sorts as well as tremendously discounted close-out merchandise. Our company has been on the web since 1997. Our officers have over twenty years of experience in the mail order and collectibles field.

Is it safe to pay online with a credit card?

You bet! We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to protect your credit card information. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including your credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read by an outside source. What's your guarantee?

We offer a 100% guarantee. For any reason, within 30 days of the purchase, you can return or exchange any item. Please call or email for return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and repacked carefully in the original carton. Our goal is to make sure your shopping experience is a good one.

What if I can't find the product I want?

If you've entered a product name in our Search box and can't find it, let us know. We are constantly adding to our listings and still may have what you want! AND we're open to suggestions at any time about new products.

What if a link to an item I want to buy won't work?

If a link to an item ordering page won't work, the item is temporarily out of stock or sold out.

What if the product I want is sold out?

Collectibles and limited edition exclusives do tend to sell out quickly. Get in touch and we'll check on future availability.

Will you make custom mugs?

Yes! And its cheaper than you might think. See our section on Custom Mugs for details.

How is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Larger orders may ship via UPS. International orders usually ship via airmail.

How quickly will I get my order?

Although we often ship sooner, allow two to three weeks to receive your order. This is especially true during peak periods. Allow enough time when ordering birthday and holiday gifts.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We specialize in international shipping. Contact us for shipping rates. See our Currency Converter and Language Translator to help place your order. Please note: The translator gets a little goofy sometimes but its better than nothing. Please bear with it.

Can I send an order to someone else as a gift?

You bet! Its half of our business! You'll see the opportunity to ship to a different address as you go through the ordering process. You'll be able to indicate that its a gift and send a sentiment too!

How can I tell if you've received my order or if my order has been shipped?

When you successfully submit an order online, you will receive a twelve digit confirmation number on the next screen. It looks like this: 1234-5678-9101 (only with different numbers). If you want to check on shipment, just email. Be sure to include all the details. An inquiry of, "Where's my stuff?" with no other info is a little hard to track down.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Just email or call. We'll do our best to make it right for you.

What if I have a question not listed here?
